1. Choose the adapter based on your handlebar diameter:
- 31.8 mm diameter handlebar: no adapter.
- 28.6 mm diameter handlebar: 1.7 mm adapter.
- 25.4 mm diameter handlebar: 3.5 mm adapter.
- 22.2 mm diameter handlebar: 5.1 mm adapter.
2. Position the adapter on the handlebar, then screw the mount on top using the Allen key.
3. Insert your phone into the sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure it's well-centered), and you're ready to go!

How do I choose my pouch?
Choose the sleeve best suited to your phone
from our 3 sizes (M / XL / 2XL) for an optimal fit. Use our size guide for a
personalized recommendation.
If not, measure your phone with its case:

Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The steel plate is not compatible with wireless
induction charging. If you stick the steel plate to your phone case, you'll
need to remove the case when using a MagSafe charger. Additionally, MagSafe
alone isn't strong enough to absorb shocks. To ensure secure mounting and
proper use, it's essential to use the Shapeheart sleeve or steel plate.
Can someone steal my phone?
It's a legitimate question, but it's not a concern of ours. On one hand, you have to bear in mind that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinctive sign. There's no more risk than when you're walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Most snatch thefts take place in public transports. In the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there's nothing you can do about it.
Once again, this is a legitimate question, but we haven't had the slightest feedback on this type of theft.

Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field
in the sleeve or through the plate. We explain it all here.
Think about it, brands like Apple even put
magnets inside the phone now.
Does the sleeve really protect against the rain?
The Classic and Pro sleeves provide protection
from the rain, but are not designed to be immersed in water - they are not waterproof. For this, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But in normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without worry with our 3 sleeves.
Is the sleeve tactile?
Yes, of course. And to ensure that the touch is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right size of sleeve, so please refer to our size guide.
Are there reflections in the sun?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position
of the sun, the position of your phone or your posture on your bike or motorcycle. You can use the steel plate to limit this effect, but don't forget that, even without a sleeve, visibility can be reduced in direct sunlight.
And don't forget to set your brightness to maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, of course! The Classic and Pro sleeves
have a slot for the charger cable.
What if I change my smartphone?
If you stick with the same size, you donât need
to buy anything. If not, you can simply buy the sleeve, no need to purchase the whole set again.
Is there a warranty?
