1. Remove the silicone cover from the magnetized part, then unscrew with the Allen key to separate the two parts of the mount.
2. Place the serflexes in the slots provided, remove the sticker, stick the mount to the handlebar, tighten the serflexes and trim the excess.
3. Using the Allen key, screw the top part back on and replace the silicone cover.
4. Stick the plate to the back of your phone case, clip it to the mount, making sure it's centered, and you're ready to go!

The adhesive steel plate can be installed on the case of any smartphone. Thanks to the adhesive steel plate, you'll enjoy optimum visibility when using your phone during your activities.
Please note: The adhesive may stick more or less effectively depending on the phone case. It might have reduced adhesion on textured cases and may not stick at all on fabric or anti-dust cases.

Does it really hold? Can the phone fall out?
Yes, it does. As you can see from the videos above, there's a reason why thousands of stores and well-known brands across Europe (Intersport, Decathlon, Fnac, etc.) have trusted us for years.
So, while the mount might come loose if you hit a tree on a mountain bike or attempt backflips on a motocross, but for regular riders, there's no need to worry.
Can someone steal my phone?
It's a legitimate question, but it's not a concern of ours. On one hand, you have to bear in mind that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinctive sign. There's no more risk than when you're walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Most snatch thefts take place in public transports. In the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there's nothing you can do about it.
Once again, this is a legitimate question, but we haven't had the slightest feedback on this type of theft.

Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field
in the sleeve or through the plate. We explain it all here.

Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The steel plate is not compatible with wireless induction charging. If you stick the steel plate to your phone case, you'll need to remove the case when using a MagSafe charger.
Additionally, MagSafe alone isn't strong enough to absorb shocks. To ensure secure mounting and proper use, it's essential to use the Shapeheart sleeve or steel plate.
