1. Choose the mounting option according to the diameter of your handlebar or stem:
- Handlebar or stem from 20 to 30 mm diameter: use the strap
- Handlebar or stem from 30 to 50 mm diameter: use the rubber bands
- The strap and the rubber bands are made of ultra-resistant silicone guaranteed for 2 years. No risk of damaging the paint on your bike.
2. Position your mount on the handlebar or stem of the bike, attach the strap or the rubber bands to the mount.
3. Stick the steel plate to your phone case and/or insert your phone into the sleeve. Magnetize your phone to the holder (making sure it's centered) and off you go!

How do I choose my sleeve?
Choose the sleeve best suited to your phone from our 3 sizes (M / XL / 2XL) for an optimal fit. Use our size guide for a personalized recommendation.
If not, measure your phone with its case:
- Phone height up to 14.7 cm: choose the M sleeve
- Phone height up to 16.5 cm: choose the XL sleeve
- Phone height up to 17.2 cm: choose the 2XL sleeve
Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The steel plate is not compatible with wireless induction charging. If you stick the steel plate to your phone case, you'll need to remove the case when using a MagSafe charger.
Additionally, MagSafe alone isn't strong enough to absorb shocks. To ensure secure mounting and proper use, it's essential to use the Shapeheart sleeve or steel plate.
Can someone steal my phone?
It's a legitimate question, but it's not a concern of ours.
On one hand, you have to bear in mind that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinctive sign. There's no more risk than when you're walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Most snatch thefts take place in public transports. In the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there's nothing you can do about it.
Once again, this is a legitimate question, but we haven't had the slightest feedback on this type of theft.
Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field in the sleeve or through the plate. We explain it all here.
Think about it, brands like Apple even put magnets inside the phone now.
Does the sleeve really protect against the rain?
The Classic and Pro sleeves provide protection from the rain, but are not designed to be immersed in water - they are not waterproof. For this, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But in normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without worry with our 3 sleeves.
Does the phone overheat?
Obviously, the phone will heat up more in the sleeve than without it. Then it depends on the phone, the GPS, whether you're charging the phone at the same time, and the outside temperature.
It's rare, but it can happen. In this case, you should opt for the version with the steel plate.
Are there reflections in the sun?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the position of your phone or your posture on your bike or motorcycle. You can use the steel plate to limit this effect, but don't forget that, even without a sleeve, visibility can be reduced in direct sunlight.
And don't forget to set your brightness to maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, of course! The Classic and Pro sleeves have a slot for the charger cable.
What if I change my smartphone?
If you stick with the same size, you don’t need to buy anything. If not, you can simply buy the sleeve, no need to purchase the whole set again.
