1. Choose the mounting option according to the diameter of your handlebar or stem:
- Handlebar or stem from 20 to 30 mm diameter: use the strap
- Handlebar or stem from 30 to 50 mm diameter: use the rubber bands
- The strap and the rubber bands are made of ultra-resistant silicone guaranteed for 2 years. No risk of damaging the paint on your bike.
2. Position your mount on the handlebar or stem of the bike, attach the strap or the rubber bands to the mount.
3. Stick the steel plate to your phone case. Magnetize your phone to the holder
(making sure it's centered) and off you go!

The adhesive steel plate can be installed on the case of any smartphone. With the adhesive plate, you'll enjoy optimal visibility when using your phone during activities.
Please note: Depending on the phone case, the adhesive may adhere more or less effectively (on textured cases), or not at all (on fabric or anti-dust cases).

Can someone steal my phone?
It's a legitimate question, but it's not a concern of ours.
On one hand, you have to bear in mind that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinctive sign. There's no more risk than when you're walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Most snatch thefts take place in public transports. In the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there's nothing you can do about it.
Once again, this is a legitimate question, butwe haven't had the slightest feedback on this type of theft.

Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field
in the sleeve or through the plate. We explain it all here.
Think about it, brands like Apple even put magnets inside the phone now.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. All explained here.
Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The steel plate is not compatible with wireless
induction charging. If you stick the steel plate to your phone case, you'll need to remove the case when using a MagSafe charger.
Additionally, MagSafe alone isn't strong enough to absorb shocks. To ensure secure mounting and proper use, it's essential to use the Shapeheart sleeve or steel plate.
