1. Choose the adapter based on your handlebar diameter:
- 31.8 mm diameter handlebar: no adapter.
- 28.6 mm diameter handlebar: 1.7 mm adapter.
- 25.4 mm diameter handlebar: 3.5 mm adapter.
- 22.2 mm diameter handlebar: 5.1 mm adapter.
2. Position the adapter on the handlebar, then screw the mount on top using the Allen key.
3. Attach the metal plate or insert your phone into the sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure it's well-centered), and you're ready to go!

Le maintien du téléphone parfait. How do I choose my pouch?

Or, measure your phone with its case:
- Phone height up to 14.7 cm: choose sleeve M
- Phone height up to 16.5 cm: choose sleeve XL

Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate to your phone case, you only need to remove the case to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
The MagSafe alone won’t withstand shocks. You must use the Shapeheart sleeve or plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
Can someone steal my phone?
The question is legitimate, but it’s not an issue we’ve encountered.
First of all, keep in mind that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, without any distinctive markings. There’s no more risk than when walking in the street with a phone in hand.
Most snatch thefts occur in public transportation. In the subway, for example, once the doors close, there’s nothing you can do.
Once again, the question is legitimate, but we have not received any reports of such thefts.
Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field inside the sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Keep in mind that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside their phones.
Does the sleeve really protect against the rain?
The Classic and Pro sleevees protect from rain but are not made to be submerged in water — they are not waterproof. For that, you need the waterproof sleeve.
However, under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without worry with our 3 sleevees.
Does the phone heat up?
Obviously, your phone will heat up more in the sleeve than without it. It depends on the phone, GPS, if you're charging the phone at the same time, and the outside temperature.
It’s rare, but it can happen. In that case, go for the version with the metal plate.
Are there reflections in the sun?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the phone, or even your posture while biking or riding a motorcycle, glare might occur. You can use the metal plate to reduce this effect, but keep in mind that visibility can be reduced even without a sleeve, under direct sunlight.
Also, don’t forget to set your phone’s brightness to maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, of course! Both the Classic and Pro sleevees have a slot for passing the charging cable through.
What if I change my smartphone?
If you're sticking to the same size, you don't need to buy anything new. If not, you can just purchase the sleeve; no need to buy the whole set again.
