Do you still have questions?
Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field in the pouch or through the plate. We explain everything here .
Tell yourself that now brands like Apple even put magnets inside the phone.
I saw that the mounts could break the phone's camera?
That's true, for motorcycles only where the engine vibrations of some motorcycles can damage the optical stabilizer of some phones (mainly iPhones).
Our mounts with pockets absorb vibrations so there is no risk.
Everything is explained here .
Can someone steal my phone?
The question is legitimate, but it is absolutely not a concern that we are seeing.
First, you should note that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no visible distinguishing features. There's no more risk than walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts most often occur on public transportation. On the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, nothing can be done.
Again, the question is legitimate, but we have no feedback on such types of flights.
If your fear remains, you can install the Shapeheart Phone Cord .
Is the cover tactile?
Yes, of course. And to ensure the touchscreen is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right size of pouch; for this, refer to our size guide .
Does the pouch really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro pouches protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water; they are not waterproof. For this, you should choose the waterproof pouch .
But under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without worry with our 3 pockets.
Is the phone getting hot?
Obviously, the phone will get hotter in the case than without it. Then, it all depends on the phone, the GPS, whether you're charging it at the same time, and finally, the outside temperature.
This is rare but it can happen. In this case, you will need to choose the version with a metal plate .
Are there any reflections in the sun?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the position of the phone, or even your posture on your bike. You can use the metal plate to limit this effect, but keep in mind that even without a pocket, visibility can be reduced in direct sunlight.
You should also remember to set your brightness to maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, of course! The Classic and Pro pouches have a slot for the charger cable.
What if I change my phone?
If you stay on a similar size, you don't have to buy anything. If not, you can buy just the pouch; you don't need to buy everything again.
Is there a guarantee ?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. Everything is explained here .
Is it compatible with induction charging and/or Magsafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate to your phone's case, you can simply remove the case from your phone to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
Magsafe won't be enough to withstand shocks. You must use the Shapeheart case or plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
Which version should I choose?
Everything is explained: here .
