As a good scientist, we detail here why we managed to prove that our mount for motorcycle prevented damage to your optical stabilizer (camera of the smartphone) by absorbing better than its direct competitors the engine and road vibrations.

- Rigid Motorcycle mount from a competing brand
- Handlebars
- Smartphone: OnePlus 6Pro
- Application: Physic Toolbox Suite (to retrieve accelerometer data)
- Drop box

All you have to do is put the smartphone in one of the devices, attach the handlebars to the subwoofer, start the acquisition and turn up the sound :)

Result

On average and along all axes of the accelerometer, we calculated the power transmitted by the vibrations to smartphone ( RMS= Root Mean Square).

Conclusion: along all axes, the mount Shapeheart absorbs the vibrations of the engine compared to a rigid mount by 47% on average.

A mount Shapeheart will absorb half of the vibrations emitted by the engine from your motorcycle engine to your smartphone.

These vibrations are what cause the degradation of the optical/electronic components that are used to take pictures on a smartphone.

Well, all the components are made to absorb vibrations, unlike a mount where the connection is rigid. It is as if your smartphone is directly connected to your motorcycle engine.
