Armband:

Step 1: Attach the armband to your arm, selecting the right size for your body.
Step 2: Place your phone in the sleeve or attach the steel plate to your phone case.
Step 3: Snap the sleeve or steel plate onto the armband, centering it. And you’re ready to go—your phone won’t budge.

Bike Mount:

Step 1: Attach the mount to the handlebars (using the strap) or to the stem (with the two elastic bands). Everything is included.
Step 2: Place your phone in the sleeve or attach the steel plate (sold separately) to your phone case.
Step 3: Snap the sleeve or steel plate onto the mount, centering it. And you're ready for a bike ride—your phone will stay securely in place.
