    How does it work?

    Step 1: Attach your armband to your arm, choosing the size that best suits your body shape.

    Step 2: Protect your phone in the pouch or stick the metal plate to your phone case.

    Step 3: Snap the pouch or metal plate, centering them on the armband. And here we go, your phone won't move.

    Does it hold?

    This is the first question we are usually asked: but does it really hold? You can imagine that with the price of phones, we made sure that the magnets are powerful!

    The magnetic system supports up to 50 times the weight of your smartphone and ensures an excellent hold, whatever your stride and activity.

    J’ai choisi la taille XL conformément à ce qu’il m’avait été conseillé un peu de mal à faire entrer mon téléphone dedans dû à la taille de la coque de mon téléphone que je n’avais pas prise en compte mais aimant puissant tient bien pendant la course et pochette étanche laissant mon téléphone au sec je recommande 👌

    FAQ

    Does it really hold? Can the phone fall off?

    Yes it holds. You could see above in the videos and if thousands of stores and recognized brands in Europe (Intersport, Decathlon, Fnac, etc ...) have trusted us for several years, it is not for nothing.

    Can someone steal my phone?

    The question is legitimate but it is absolutely not a concern that we see.
    On the one hand, you have to see that the support is removable. Our supports are very discreet, with no apparent distinctive sign. There is no more risk than when you walk down the street with your phone in your hand.
    Snatch thefts occur, most of the time, on public transport. In the metro, for example, where once the doors are closed, you can't do anything.
    Once again, the question is legitimate but we have not had any feedback on such types of thefts.

    Is the sleeve fully touch-sensitive?

    Yes of course. And to ensure that the touchscreen is as responsive as possible, it is important to choose the right size of sleeve, for this refer to our size guide.

    Does the sleeve really protect against rain?

    The Classic and Pro pouches protect from the rain but are not made to be submerged in water, they are not waterproof. To do this, you need to choose the pochette waterproof.
    But in normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any worries with our 3 pouches.

    What if I change my phone?

    If you stay on an equivalent size, you don't have to buy anything. If not, you can buy just the pouch, no need to buy everything again.

    Is there a warranty?

    Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. Everything is explained here.

    Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?

    The metal plate is not directly compatible with induction charging. By sticking the metal plate on your phone's case, you just have to remove the case from your phone to charge it on your MagSafe charger.

    The Magsafe will not be enough to withstand shocks. It is imperative to use the Shapeheart pouch or plate to ensure proper use of the supports
