As young entrepreneurs, we are aware of the footprint a company leaves on society. However, our commitments didn’t particularly serve as a competitive advantage because we were afraid of greenwashing. But it’s clear that things are changing, and so are we.

This product vision coexists with today's societal and environmental challenges and the desire to do things right. That's why we are committed to:

  2. Providing a design that avoids planned obsolescence (unlike our competitors with phone cases)
  3. Offering ultra-reliable customer service to ensure you never have to throw away your Shapeheart
  4. Improving our packaging to make it 100% recyclable
  5. Re-assembling our stock continuously or donating it to avoid waste
  6. Minimizing our travel and air imports as much as possible
  7. Eternal magnets: offering the recycling of our magnets here
  8. Being honest with our customers, suppliers, and retailers (no crazy promises, no excessive promotions, no "dark patterns" on our website)

Customer satisfaction: our priority

Our top priority is your satisfaction, which is why we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all our products with every purchase.

To further enhance your experience, we have decided to extend this warranty to 10 years when you register your product by answering a short questionnaire. This extended warranty applies to any loss or breakage of parts, except for magnetic sleevees.

Smartphones can do it all...

It is from this realization that we centered our product development around this idea. It allows us to avoid the multiplication of electronic devices, which were in vogue back in 2014 when we launched Shapeheart.

Yes, in some cases, it might be more convenient to use a GPS instead of a smartphone, but in the vast majority of cases, it is not. So let's make an effort not to produce more unnecessary and quickly obsolete items.

For our products, we chose from the start to use a magnetic sleeve rather than a case to minimize the number of references produced.

By opting for this solution, we avoid creating dozens of cases that would only fit a phone with a limited lifespan.

Every year, our competitors throw away unsold stock.

With the sleeve, there's no need to buy anything new when changing phones, and no stock is thrown away.

Moreover, we’ve considered local stores that resell our products to avoid tripling their stock volume. Because yes, working with local stores is part of our DNA.
And on top of that, our sleeve helps absorb vibrations that can damage your phones.

Our products are made to last, but parts can still get damaged or lost... To avoid having to repurchase the entire product or to fairly handle after-sales service cases, every part of each product is available separately.

This helps reduce the number of discarded products and the number of parts produced. You can find all our accessories individually below:

Smaller, plastic-free, 100% eco-friendly packaging

That wasn’t the case at first with our initial packaging. Over time, we pushed the logic further to remove 100% of the plastic from our boxes, creating a unique packaging format for all our products and reducing its size as much as possible to lower transportation needs and costs.

As a result, our packaging might not be worthy of a luxury brand, but it’s more respectful of the environment.

Why the obsession with value for money?

We are always in continuous improvement of our products, which results in regular innovation and the search for ever more efficient materials. We specifically chose to use magnets that are eternal, so you won't need to replace your product every 2 or 3 years, significantly reducing waste.

Regarding price, our goal has always been the same: to make our products accessible to as many people as possible. That's why they are affordable and, according to you, offer the best value for money on the market. Because yes, being responsible is important, but if you offer products at prices that few can afford, it's not very useful.
