Wrong sleeve size?
If your sleeve size doesn't fit your phone model, you can easily exchange just your sleeve (not the entire product) by following this link: https://shapeheart.typeform.com/to/hhP49RvA
Reflections on the cover?
Yes, it can happen that the sun’s glare on the sleeve reduces the phone’s visibility, depending on the position of the sun, the phone, or your posture on your two-wheeler.
To reduce this issue, make sure your device’s brightness is set to the maximum.
If the problem persists, you can use the metal adhesive plate, which is an alternative and allows you to use our mounts without the sleeve.
My mount turns around the handlebars
If the mount you attached with the strap rotates around the handlebars when there's a bump in the road, tighten it further. You can use the inner openings of the strap for a better grip. This way, the mount will fit the handlebar's shape better and won't rotate anymore.
Otherwise, you can switch to the screw-mounted handlebar mount (PRO Mount). It is compatible with handlebars from 20 to 28mm in diameter and is available here: https://www.shapeheart.com/products/support-telephone-visse-pour-velo
