Fill out the exchange form

Be sure to fill in as much information as possible (Name - First name - Address - Postal code - City - E-mail address - Number of smartphone) so that the exchange is done in the easiest way and the new sleeve arrives at its destination.
Prepare your sleeve for the exchange
As stated in the form, it is necessary to return ONLY the sleeve that does not fit, not the complete product. Also, please make sure that the sleeve is in good condition.
For the exchange to be done, please send it back to us in an envelope with 2 stamps
Return your sleeve
You will then just have to mail the envelope to the following address:

Once received, we will send you the sleeve in the right size. Shipping can take between 3 and 10 days.
We just wanted to clarify one point: as the sleeve is sent in an envelope to limit costs and ecological impact, there will be no tracking number.
