Turnkey installation
1. Remove the silicone cover from the magnetized part, then unscrew with the Allen key to separate the two parts of the bracket.
2. Place the serflexes in the slots provided, remove the sticker, stick the bracket to the handlebar, tighten the serflexes and trim the excess.
3. Using the Allen key, screw the top part back on and replace the silicone cover.
4. Glue the plate to the back of your phone shell, clip it to the bracket, making sure it's centered, and you're ready to go!

A plus would have been to have a Velcro-type fastener to avoid a fold at the back.
Sleeve size xl. Used on size 32.4 handlebars. Gravel outings 80% roads and 20% trails. Corresponds exactly to the description, the pro attachment is very good. Perfect phone retention. Does it really hold? Can the phone fall out?
Yes, it does. As you can see from the videos above, there's a reason why thousands of stores and well-known names in Europe (Intersport, Decathlon, Fnac, etc.) have been placing their trust in us for several years now.
So yes, if you're taking on a tree on a mountain bike or doing backflips on a motocross bike, the mount could come off, but if you're a regular rider, there's no need to worry.
Can someone steal my phone?
It's a legitimate question, but it's not a concern of cours.
On one hand, you have to bear in mind that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinctive sign. There's no more risk than when you're walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Most snatch thefts take place in public transports. In the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there's nothing you can do about it.
Once again, this is a legitimate question, but we haven't had the slightest feedback on this type of theft.

Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field in the sleeve or through the plate. We explain it all here.

Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with induction charging. By gluing the metal plate to your phone's shell, you simply remove the shell from your phone to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
The Magsafe won't be enough to withstand the shocks. It is essential to use the Shapeheart sleeve or plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
