To approve our motorcycle's mount, we did two tests:
- the first in a wind tunnel at nearly 140km/h (maximum wind tunnel speed) with the LIFSE.
- a second test on the Carole circuit at 225km/h.

1. Choose the mounting according to the diameter of your handlebar or your bridges:
- Handlebar or bridge from 20 to 30 mm diameter: use the strap
- Handlebar or bridge from 30 to 50 mm diameter: use the rubber bands
- The strap and the rubber bands are made of ultra-resistant silicone guaranteed for 2 years. No risk of damaging the paint of your motorcycle.
2. Position your mount on the handlebar or bridge of the motorcycle, hang the strap or the rubber bands on the mount.
3. Insert your phone into the sleeve, snap it to the mount (making sure it's centered) and off you go!

Do you still have questions?
Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field in the sleeve or through the plate. We explain it all here.
Just think, brands like Apple even put magnets inside the phone now.
I saw that the mounts could break the phone's camera?
This is true only for motorcycles, where the engine vibrations of certain bikes can damage the optical stabilizers of certain phones (mainly Iphone).
Our mounts with sleeve absorb the vibrations, so there's no risk.

Can someone steal my phone?
It's a legitimate question, but it's not a concern of cours.
On one hand, you have to bear in mind that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinctive sign. There's no more risk than when you're walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Most snatch thefts take place in public transports. In the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there's nothing you can do about it.
Once again, this is a legitimate question, but we haven't had the slightest feedback on this type of theft.
Is the sleeve tactile?
Yes, of course. And to ensure that the touch is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right size of sleeve, for which please refer to our size guide.
Does the sleeve really protect against the rain?
The Classic and Pro sleevees provide protection from the rain, but are not designed to be immersed in water - they are not waterproof. For this, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without worry with our 3 sleevees.
Does the phone heat up?
Obviously, the phone will heat up more in the sleeve than without it. Then it all depends on the phone, the GPS, whether you're charging the phone at the same time, and the outside temperature.
It's rare, but it can happen. In this case, you should opt for the version with the metal plate.
Are there reflections in the sun?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the position of your phone or your posture on your 2-wheeler. You can use the metal plate to limit this effect, but don't forget that, even without a pocket, visibility can be reduced in direct sunlight.
And don't forget to set the brightness of your screen to maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, of course! The Classic and Pro sleevees have a slot for the charger cable.
What if I change my smartphone?
If you stay with the same size, you don't have to buy anything. If not, you can buy just the sleeve, no need to buy the whole again.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. All explained here.
Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with induction charging. By gluing the metal plate to your phone's shell, you simply remove the shell from your phone to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
The Magsafe won't be enough to withstand the shocks. It is essential to use the Shapeheart sleeve or plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.

What can I say?
Well, it's a great piece of gear, with simple, sturdy adjustment...
And even off-road, nothing moves. Having tested so many others, this one's TOP!
Complete equipment for using the phone as a GPS, as well as for installing it in the steering column for motorcycles with half handlebars (for me: 800VFR Vtec from 2006). I took the pouch, the articulated arm and the vibration damper: good quality!
Be careful to go up a size or two for the phone pouch... It barely fits if you go by the recommended sizes. The stitching on the back of the pouch is starting to show signs of weakness after 4 days of use ... A small plus for the notch at the bottom of the pouch to pass the phone's charging cable through!
Detailed assembly instructions would have been appreciated, as it's a bit complicated to assemble the three parts ordered.
In any case, the material is of excellent quality and gives you confidence! We'll see how waterproof the pouch really is over time, but I highly recommend it!
