1. Choose the adapter according to the diameter of your handlebar:
- 31.8 mm diameter handlebars: no adapter.
- 28.6 mm diameter handlebars: 1.7 mm adapter.
- 25.4 mm diameter handlebars: 3.5 mm adapter.
- 22.2 mm diameter handlebars: 5.1 mm adapter.
2. Position the adapter on the handlebar, then screw the mount on top of it, using the key hex.
3. Adjust the Booster 360 (or extension arm) to your convenience by tightening the 3 screws of the orientation axes, until the Booster can no longer move.
4. Insert your phone in the pouch (not supplied), snap it to the holder (making sure it's centered) and off you go!

I saw that the brackets could break the phone's camera?
This is true only for motorcycles, where the engine vibrations of certain bikes can damage the optical stabilizer of certain phones (mainly Iphone).
Our mounts with sleeve absorb the vibrations, so there's no risk.

Are magnets dangerous for my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field in the pouch or through the plate. We explain it all here.
Just think, brands like Apple now even put magnets inside the phone.

Can someone steal my phone?
It's a legitimate question, but it's not a concern we're seeing at all.
On the one hand, you have to bear in mind that the bracket is removable. Our brackets are very discreet, with no apparent distinctive sign. There's no more risk than when you're walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Most snatch thefts take place on public transport. In the metro, for example, once the doors are closed, there's nothing you can do about it.
Once again, this is a legitimate question, but we haven't had the slightest feedback on this type of theft.
Is the sleeve tactile?
Yes, of course. And to ensure that the touch is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right size of pouch, so please refer to our size guide.
Does the pouch really protect against the rain?
The classic and Pro pouches provide protection from the rain, but are not designed to be immersed in water - they are not waterproof. For this, you need to choose the waterproof pouch.
But in normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without worry with our 3 pouches.
Does the phone heat up?
Obviously, the phone will heat up more in the pouch than without it. Then it depends on the phone, the GPS, whether you're charging the phone at the same time, and the outside temperature.
It's rare, but it can happen. In this case, you should opt for the version with the metal plate.
Are there reflections in the sun?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the position of your phone or your posture on your bike or motorcycle. You can use the steel plate to limit this effect, but don't forget that, even without a sleeve, visibility can be reduced in direct sunlight.
And don't forget to set your brightness to maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, of course! Classic and Pro pouches have a slot for the charger cable.
What if I change my smartphone?
If you stay with the same size, you don't have to buy anything. If not, you can buy just the pouch, no need to buy the whole thing again.
Is there a warranty?

Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The metal plate is not compatible with induction charging.
The Magsafe won't be enough to withstand the shocks. It is essential to use the Shapeheart pouch or plate to ensure proper use of the brackets.
