The first thing people ask us is: does it really hold? Our armbands and belts can support up to 50 times the weight of current phones (about 6 kg), but to fully convince you, we asked a parkour professional to put our magnetic system to the test.

Q&A
Does it really hold? Can my phone fall off?
Yes, it holds. As you’ve seen in the videos above, and with thousands of stores and well-known brands across Europe (Intersport, Decathlon, Fnac, etc.) trusting us for several years, it’s for good reason.
Can my phone be stolen?
The question is legitimate, but it’s not an issue we’ve encountered. For one, the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no visible distinctive markings. There’s no more risk than when walking down the street with your phone in hand. Most snatch thefts happen in public transportation, like the subway, where once the doors close, nothing can be done. Again, the question is valid, but we’ve never received any reports of such thefts.
Is the sleeve tactile?
Yes, of course. And to ensure the touch screen is as responsive as possible, it’s important to choose the right sleeve size. For that, please refer to our size guide.
Does the sleeve really protects from the rain?
The Classic and Pro sleeves protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water; they are not waterproof. For that, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve. However, under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any issue with any of our 3 sleeves.
What if I change my phone?
If you stick with the same size, you don’t need to buy anything. If not, you can simply purchase a new sleeve without needing to buy the entire set again.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. All explained here.
Is it compatible with induction and/or Magsafe charging?
The steel plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the steel plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove the case to charge your phone on a MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be enough to absorb shocks. It is essential to use the Shapeheart sleeve or plate to ensure proper support attachment.
