As young entrepreneurs, we're well aware of the footprint a company leaves on society. And yet, our commitments haven't always given us a competitive edge, because we were afraid of greenwashing. But things are changing, and so are we.

Our primary aim is to create a product that's easy to use, as universal as possible, and at a price everyone can afford.

This product vision co-exists with today's societal and environmental challenges, and with the idea of doing things right. That's why we're committed to :

  2. Offer a design that avoids programmed obsolescence (unlike our clamshell competitors)
  3. Offer ultra-reliable after-sales service so that you never throw away your Shapeheart.
  4. Improve our packaging to make it 100% recyclable
  5. Permanently reassemble our stock or donate it to never throw away stock
  6. Limit our air travel and imports as much as possible
  7. Magnets are forever: suggest recycling our magnets here
  8. Be honest with our customers, our suppliers and our points of sale (no outlandish promises, no over-the-top promotions, no "dark patterns" on our website).

Customer satisfaction: our priority

Your satisfaction is our primary concern, which is why we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all our products with every purchase.

To enhance your experience, we've decided toextend this warranty to 10 years when you register your product by answering a short questionnaire. This extended warranty applies to all lost or broken parts, with the exception of magnetic pouches.

Smartphones can do it all...

It's with this in mind that we've turned our product development around it. This allows us to avoid the multiplication of electronic objects that were fashionable in 2014 when we launched Shapeheart.

Yes, in some cases it may be more practical to have a GPS rather than use your smartphone, but in the vast majority this is not the case. So let's take it upon ourselves not to produce more useless and rapidly obsolete objects.

For our products, we have chosen from the beginning to use a magneticsleeve and not a case in order to limit the number of references produced.

By opting for this solution, you avoid having to create dozens and dozens of cases that would only be suitable for a phone with a limited lifespan.

Every year, our competitors throw away unsold stock.

With the sleeve, there's no need to repurchase anything when you change phones, and no discarded stock.

The telephone: the best way to avoid multiplying electronic objects

We also thought about the local stores that resell our products, so that they don't have to triple the volume of their stocks. Because, yes, working with local stores is in our DNA.

And best of all, our pouch absorbs vibrations that can damage your phones.

Our products are built to last, but there is always the possibility of damage or loss... To avoid having to repurchase everything, or to deal with after-sales cases as accurately as possible, each part of each product is available separately.

This reduces the number of discarded products and the number of parts produced. You can find all our accessories individually below:

Smaller, plastic-free, 100% eco-friendly packaging

This wasn't the case at first with our initial packaging. As time went by, we pushed the logic to the point of removing 100% of the plastic from our boxes, creating a single packaging format for all our products and reducing its size as much as possible to reduce transport needs and costs.

As a result, our packaging is not worthy of a luxury brand, but it is more respectful of the environment.

Why the obsession with value for money?

We are always in the continuous improvement of our products and that is translated by a regular innovation and a research of materials always more powerful. In particular, we have chosen to use magnets that are eternal, so you won't have to change your product every 2 or 3 years, and this greatly limits waste.

As for the price, our will has always been the same: to give access to our products to as many people as possible. That's why they are not very expensive and remain, according to you, the best quality-price ratio on the market. Because yes, being responsible is one thing, but if you offer products at prices that few people can afford, well, it remains that little useful.
