My mount turns around the handlebars
If the support you've attached to the strap turns around the handlebars and there's a bump in the road, tighten it further. To do this, you can use the strap's inner openings. This way, the strap will fit the shape of the handlebars better and won't twist.
Alternatively, you can switch to the handlebar-mounted mounts (PRO mount). This is compatible with handlebars from 20 to 28mm in diameter and is available here: https://www.shapeheart.com/products/support-telephone-visse-pour-velo

A plus would have been to have a Velcro-type fastener to avoid a fold at the back.
Sleeve size xl. Used on size 32.4 handlebars. Gravel outings 80% roads and 20% trails. Corresponds exactly to the description, the pro attachment is very good. Perfect phone retention. Used in pouring rain for 30 minutes and the phone was neither wet nor damp, even without the mudguard. The touchscreen was still usable, and the magnet held very well.
